Title: Quintessential Tough Guy Christopher Girard Anderson Assaults People Based On Information Provided To Him By A Drug Addict

Christopher Anderson of 1517 Meadowbrook Ave W of Tampa, Florida started his escapade by calling someone who was friends with Eric Sims, He was calling and threatening to beat the said friend of Eric Sims within a half inch of his life. He "Christopher Anderson" told said friend he would Kill him. After calling said friend numerous times he "Christopher Anderson" decided to drive over to the home of Eric Sims at which time he squealed into the front yard of Eric Sims with his truck, he then jumped out of his truck and then pounded on the door. Eric Sims hung up the phone and opened the door, only to receive a punch in the face. He was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed to have a broken nose and possible concussion.

This happened all because of information that was provided to Christopher Anderson by a known drug addict "Lisa Armitage" who is apparently Christopher Anderson's girl friend.

Christopher Anderson was arrested at his home and charged with Felony Battery.

Title: ::: WANTED ::: Triple Homicide In Brandon, Florida ::: WANTED :::

Release Number: 09-347 For

Public Information Office
December 29, 2009

Debbie Carter: dcarter@hcso.tampa.fl.us (813) 247-8060

Victim 1: Vincent Thomas, DOB 3-2-87 of 507 Oakwood Avenue South Brandon, Florida (deceased) (Dead) (shot) (Murdered)

Victim 2: Tony Black, DOB 11-25-87 of 814 Providence Trace Circle Brandon, Florida (deceased) (Dead) (shot) (Murdered)

Victim 3: Rafael G. Guadalupe, DOB 4-19-88 of 4900 N. MacDill Tampa, Florida (deceased) (Dead) (stabbed) (Murdered)

Victim 4: Ralph Arroyo, DOB 6-1-88 of 17804 Jamestown Way Lutz, Florida (Still Alive) (Battered)

What: Triple Homicide

When: December 29, 2009 at 12:04 a.m.

Where: 507 Oakwood Avenue South, Brandon, Florida

Why/How: Hillsborough County deputies responded to 507 Oakwood Avenue South in Brandon in reference to a shooting. The complainant (a family member of Vincent Thomas) heard shots fired and called authorities.

When deputies arrived they discovered the three deceased males in the backyard of the residence. Two of the victims (Vincent and Tony) had been shot while Rafael Guadalupe on the other hand had been stabbed. A fourth victim "Ralph Arroyo" who had been battered at the scene approached responding deputies. There is really no telling if any information acquired from Ralph Arroyo is true.

Preliminary indications are that all the victims are acquaintances with each other and were in the backyard together when the suspects vehicle arrived. The suspects (multiple) went directly to the backyard and a confrontation ensued resulting in the shooting and stabbing. The suspects then fled northbound from the scene in a red Mustang GT with tinted windows. Based on information received via a tip, law enforcement in Orange County just outside of Orlando recovered one of the suspects vehicle.

Esteban Merchan, DOB 6-17-90 beat up Ralph Arroyo and was present when unknown others were believed to have killed these 3 individuals and fled the scene. All though this looks like some sort of Gang activity, we believe that the suspects may not have known the victims on any personal level.

Why was Ralph Arroyo left alive? We would have to assume Ralph knew the suspects. The suspects must have been angry with Ralph as well, or was the incident with Ralph Arroyo independent. It looks like we have 2 incidents that happened at or around the same time the others were killed.

We have no idea who killed these 3 kids but we know who battered Ralph Arroyo. Please if you have any information that will help us understand what happened please call The Floridian Alert System 813-786-5188

A spokes person for the Floridian Alert System told us that she believes that most of these kids are gang members and commit these horrible crimes for no other reason than to try and impress other gang members. She says that it is a very sad situation in Florida for these kids that get caught up in the wannabe tough guy thug click. Floridians are starting to arm themselves and have had enough. We interviewed over a hundred people in the Apollo Beach area and only 7 out of a 100 people were not armed with a weapon or hand gun and almost all of them stated that if they were to be robbed or attacked they would not hesitate to shoot the person. We are no longer safe in the state of Florida and this means there are more sad days ahead for our children and family members. Here at the Floridian Alert System we do our best to encourage people to arm themselves and be ready to pull the trigger. Our family and children need us and if we take the time to think instead of just pulling the trigger our children could end up without us. Once a young man becomes a gang member they have made a decision and they understand when they join these gangs that at some point in the future they will rob or kill an innocent person, it's what they do. Gang initiations often involve robbing or sometimes killing another person just to become a certified gang member.
